Had it not been for Johnnie, I would have spent my time in a wheelchair. He helped me with a prosthetic, always making sure it was the right fit. He has always been very helpful and answers any of my questions. The staff here is always pleasant!

I first met Dennis Haun and his team at Metro Prosthetics approximately 2 1/2 years ago when my father, who was 84 years old at the time, lost his leg. From the beginning, they made my dad feel like a VIP. Dennis and crew have always been extremely knowledgeable, caring, friendly, respectful and accessible. I have even received prompt responses from messages I’ve sent over the weekend and after hours. Their facility is always clean and welcoming and their customer service is superb! My dad is a challenging case. Many companies would not invest the time and effort to improving the quality of life for an 84 year old amputee like Metro Prosthetics has. Dad has always been treated as if he is their top priority. When consultation with my dad’s vascular surgeon was needed, Dennis never hesitated. My experience with Metro Prosthetic, and Dennis has been one of the best I could have ever hoped for! This company came along side of me and explained every little part of the healing and prosthetic process. Dennis made me feel like family and had me walking with in weeks! Very professional but also built a personal relationship as well. I’m so grateful for Dennis and his team they were there for me day and night even after hours if I had a question I knew I could message Dennis and I would get an answer with in minuets! The dedication they showed in helping me succeed and learn how to function in life with a prosthetic is more then I could have ever asked for! 10/10 would recommend for anyone who is a new amputee and looking for the help they need! I having been going here for years   I have been working with Dennis , I have watched Dennis grow for many years, he is amazing in fitting orthotics , his personality is awesome , and he so deeply cares in making sure you have the right fit . Always a great experience
